About Goodyear Fast Aid Service and Services Offered
Goodyear ‘Fast Aid’ is an On‐Road car breakdown and medical assistance facilitation program wherein on purchase of Goodyear tyres, consumers can avail free emergency breakdown services.
On purchase of 2 or more Goodyear tyres from Goodyear ‘Autocare’ dealerships anywhere in India, a consumer is entitled to a free subscription to Fast Aid ( a kit would be provided for registration of the service ). The service is available 24X7, 365 days a year for one full year or three emergency calls, whichever comes earlier. This service is applicable for any on‐road car breakdown situation* in any part of the country, including national highways. As an additional service, Goodyear Fast Aid also offers free on‐road medical assistance facilitation* to its members in case of an emergency.
In the event you need roadside assistance, you may simply call 1800-102-3552 ( also provided on the sticker which is part of the Fast Aid kit ), and a qualified service professional will provide assistance.

SERVICES OFFERED:
Terms and Conditions
1.The Fast Aid Service is provided by ‘Roadzen Assistance’, a third party service provider for Goodyear India Limited.
2.This is a promotional activity and can be withdrawn at any time without any notice.
3.All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
The Conditions and Exclusions in relation to the roadside assistance being provided to Goodyear customers are as below:
CONDITIONS:
1.On spot Repair or vehicle to vehicle towing of the immobilized vehicle shall be arranged by the Service Provider only.
2.The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of commercial goods.
3.The Service Provider shall not provide any roadside repair or towing service if there is no Member or his /her representative at the covered vehicle during the assistance event.
4.The Service Provider shall not provide assistance to the Member in case he fails the Member authentication criteria.
5.The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any cost if the breakdown or accident of the covered vehicle occurs because of carrying of weight / persons exceeding the capacity for which it is designed as stated in the manufacturer’s specifications or arising as a consequence of the Covered Vehicle being used in motor competitions or racing of any kind.
6.The Service Provider’s responsibility shall be complete as soon as the member’s vehicle is made roadworthy or towed to the workshop within 5 kilometres radius except in case of Highways, where ROADZEN has to tow it to the nearest workshop without any charges. All costs of the repairs and service shall be borne by the Member.
7.Any fraudulent act, forgery, false or misleading evidence or omissions on the part of a Member shall automatically end all obligations to provide the member with Roadside Assistance on that particular occasion.
8.Membership is applicable on passenger vehicle legally plying as taxis as well
9.Towing from garage to garage (transfer).
EXCLUSIONS:
1.Towing a vehicle when a breakdown has occurred in a location that is not accessible to normal traffic flow such as alleys, driveways where the snow has not been properly shovelled or is muddy, abandoned lots, construction sites, roads that are private and/or impossible, roads not adequately maintained, beaches, frozen rivers and lakes, or any place that could hinder the passage of service vehicles.
2.Towing a vehicle located in an illegal parking space.
3.Towing an abandoned or seized vehicle.
4.Towing to a scrap yard.
5.Towing vehicles that have been in an accident, unless cleared by the police.
6.Trans-border tow (inter-state)
7.Negligence (member attempted to drive through or over a snow bank or member has not removed, sufficiently, any snow accumulation).
8.Pull out/winch on roads where the service vehicle could become stuck as well.
